Lee Moodley
I have been practicing Yoga for over 3 years, trying to fit in all the different styles (Bikram, Yin, Vinyaysa, Hot Yoga, Air, Acro, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Kundalini) under my belt. I decided to do my Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my yoga practice and enhance my teaching ability and this has led me to teaching yoga for love of sharing.
Yoga is a truly transformative process helping you in ways only other can see, developing you in the areas you need most. Yoga starts a deeply compassionate journey with you and yourself, something we struggle to deal with in a world so deeply connected.
I hope to bring my diverse yoga experience into my class, giving students a taste of the different ways they can connect with their mind, body and soul. I hope to challenge all student physically and mentally through a vinyasa style class with an occasional yin class when necessary.
